The mission of the Apache Portable Runtime (APR) project is to create and maintain software libraries that provide a predictable and consistent interface to underlying platform-specific implementations. You may need to force this update since apr and apr-util are now seperate packages it caused an upgrade issue. The easiest way is to run sudo dpkg --force-all --remove aprutil-dev libaprutil0-shlibs This may break apache2 temporarily.
