Package polyxmass-0.9.2-4

Polyxmass contains three functional modules: polyxedit, polyxcalc and polyxdef. Polyxedit builds and modifies linear polymers, simulates their cleavage reactions and simulates their fragmentation reactions. Polyxcalc is a mass-spec calculator. Polyxdef defines new monomers, reaction chemistries and fragmentation behaviors. This package contains the user software; it depends on libpolyxmass8. The optional packages polyxmass-common, polyxmass-doc and polyxmass-examples contains documentation and examples.
