This is the MirOS RANDomness EXchange protocol support for xchat.
This plugin implements a protocol to exchange entropy via IRC, as well
as a command to obtain random numbers from the client. | ||

The Plugin will be autoloaded during xchat startup
/randex "Initiate the RANDEX protocol with the specified peer
(* = current channel/nick)"
/random "Display a random number in the range [0; 2^32-1]"
